NEW YORK, NY – March 14, 2016 – / Toni Silber-Delerive is pleased to announce that her painting “NYC Roof Pool”, is part of the National Arts Club Artist Members Exhibition. The National Arts Club was founded in 1898 by distinguished artists and patrons and was conceived as a gathering place to welcome artists of all genres as well as art lovers and patrons.

Toni’s painting “NYC Roof Pool” is an aerial view of the roof of a Manhattan residential building with a pool and terraces. Toni explains this piece in further detail, “It tells the story of a certain urban lifestyle and the flattening of the picture plane reduces the details to their graphic essence. It is a place of abandon viewed from on high and isolated from the busy city streets below.”
About the Artist:
Born in Philadelphia, Toni Silber-Delerive studied Painting at the Philadelphia College of Art, now the University of the Arts also the School of Visual Arts. A Manhattan-based artist and graphic designer, her work is featured in private and corporate collections and has been in many exhibitions including solo shows in New York e.g. James Beard House, Rockefeller Gallery, NY Studio Gallery in Chelsea, Interchurch Center, National Arts Club. A selection of group NYC shows includes van der Plas Gallery, Gallery 440, Pen and Brush Gallery, Dacia Gallery, The Chelsea Art Museum. Kaller Fine Arts in Washington, DC and George Segal Gallery and Riverside Gallery in NJ. A solo show at Speakeasy Gallery.
