PLEASE NOTE:  No Art Can Be Submitted That Was Previously Shown On The Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery.   The artist states and agrees that they have read, understood and will abide by the rules of this competition. By submission for any competition and exhibition, artists whose submissions are chosen for the exhibition grant Light Space & Time (LST) the right to use their images for the purpose of marketing the exhibition, other LST marketing & promotional programs and for use in the LST Archives.  Artists grant the use of their image(s) as stated without further contact or with any compensation from LST. Artist’s recognition is provided with any use for this competition. The Artist further agrees and states that by uploading these images, that they have secured any and all proper releases for any individuals and property owned by others, that are submitted to this competition and that they own the rights to these images as well. The artist further agrees to indemnify Light Space Time, Inc., its principals, employees and it’s agents from any third party suits, any damages and from any costs as a result of submitting their images and publishing their images with LST.  RULES HERE
